Accepted payment methods: BCult AG accepts the following payment methods via PostFinance Checkout: PostFinance Pay (formerly PostFinance Card and PostFinance E-Finance), TWINT (mobile payment), Visa andMastercard (debit and credit cards), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment timing: All payments are made in advance. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation.
Payment security: All payments are processed through the secure payment platform PostFinance Checkout. BCult AG does not store any credit card information.
Refund policy: For approved returns, refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods via the original payment method. Products must be unusedand in their original packaging.
Late payment: In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.
