What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via Stripe. You can also pay with Apple Pay (on compatible devices), TWINT (Switzerland), and Klarna (pay now, installments, or invoice—subject to Klarna’s approval).

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). After choosing a method at checkout, you’ll be redirected to the provider’s secure interface. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments run through providers that comply with strict standards (e.g., PCI DSS) and use encryption. Stripe encrypts card data, and Apple Pay uses unique payment tokens. Sensitive data is never stored on our servers.

Do you accept bank transfers or bank slips?

No. We currently do not accept payments by bank transfer or bank slip.

How are pre-orders charged?

For pre-orders, the amount is reserved on your selected method and only charged when the product is ready to ship.
